What to Expect When Working With Us

Yes. If you're approved by your insurance provider, we can submit a prior authorization on your behalf. It typically takes 30 days to receive a response by mail. Once approved, place a refill request via the portal and we'll send the prescription to your local pharmacy.
How will I receive my compounded medication?
It will be shipped directly to your home within 1–2 weeks and includes all necessary supplies in a convenient kit.
How often should I see my provider?
A follow-up is required every 6 months. Failure to schedule a follow-up will result in delayed refills.
How should I store the medication?
Follow pharmacy instructions. Most medications should be stored in the freezer, unless stated otherwise.
